| I am still having trouble getting the client. I am almost ready to give up anyway. Due to recent developments I am not going to be able to play Star Trek Online and maybe not even Aion. We will see. Damn real life always mucking up things....LOL |

| As for the client, if you weren't able to get it over the network do you have a USB drive with 10 GB free handy? Bring it on over and you can just copy the client directory. |

I finally got the client late last night as you saw. I kept trying to get it off the network and it would get a lot of the directory and then at points it would time out then I would lose the ability to contact ARDENTSAGE. I'd have to wait a while then finally I would be able to access ARDENTSAGE again but I never could completely get through a download of the directory. So I found a good mirror that had the client in .rar format. I downloaded it and then used another zip utility other than Windows 7 built in file extraction utility. It worked fine. I am not sure on the original download if the .zip file was corrupt during download or if it was corrupted when I used windows 7 extract. Anyway .rar file worked much better.
It took me a while to redownload and get it up and running because I have been dealing with real life issues which were taking my time.
I had fun last night. I need to figure out some basics of combat (crouch - LOL). It was a productive night for my first night though. To bad I had to cut it short on you guys but I had to be able to get some sleep because my first endocrinologist appointment is today 1/18/10. |

| Still no client here, may just wait till I get the closed beta key. =) Best of luck and will let you know when I get in.....But reading i see Bamuk is an escort....I had a vision of a vegas profession when I read t hat. |

| Not sure what day I'll be joining up, but I will be there... looking at Science but I've a feeling I'll be doing one of those game time decisions once I've got a better idea of each the classes and ships. |
